The haXe compiler doesn't compile Actionscript 3. It compiles haXe, a
language which is very similar to ActionScript 3 and which can access
the same Flash libraries as AS3 if compiling for the Flash platform.
(It can also compile haXe to other platforms, such as PHP, Javascript
and the haXe-related neko. It can also _produce_ ActionScript 3.)
