[osflash] CVSDude repositories closing down on the 22nd

Hi everyone,
As I mentioned in my email several months ago, we are going to cease
offering repository space on OSFlash.

The existing CVSDude repositories are going to be closing down on December
22nd. If you haven't done so already, please move your projects to Google
Code before then.
