[osflash] Looking for a Flowchart app or similar

Hello.
I´m looking for a simple application that allow me to create simple
flowcharts.
so probably I need to make this some changes to suit my need (for example:
distinct types of points or flows, get a representative xml, ...)
My idea is use this to administrate and represent a line production with
control points, charge points, bla bla...
If anybody know someone, please tell me...
