[osflash] Video and Audio Record at different Times

We are starting to implement red5 into streaming our church services. We
have a firewire camera feed and a USB audio feed that we use. You use the
red5 publisher application to stream or services (live and archived). The
video seams to lag behind the audio. The Lag gets greater as the stream
progresses.
