[osflash] succesfully watching flash trace with IE , firefox etc...

Yes it is a plugin for Firefox, but it show ALL flash traces, so if
you have it open and IE open it will trace flash traces from IE or any
other browser also.

Another option is FDTracer for Flash Develop. This will also trace out
any flash traces.
