[osflash] Neave Webcam Effects API

Hi all,

I'd just like to let you know about an open source project that allows
you to easily add Photobooth-style webcam effects to a camera object
in Flash.  See it in action here: http://www.neave.com/webcam/

The source code is freely available under GNU GPL on Google Code:

(I'd like to get it submitted to OSFlash as well, when submissions are
up again.)

It's in its early stages, so I hope to add more documentation soon.

Effects available with Neave Webcam include:
Bulge, Dent, Fishbowl, Fisheye, Fragment, Squeeze, Water, Fire, Snow,
Steamy Window, Swarm, Delayed Divide, Filmstrip, Ghost Delay, Slit
Scan, Trail, Glow, Monochrome (black & white), Rainbow
(psychedelic), Sepia Movie, Andy Warhol (Pop Art), X-Ray (inverted),
Mirror (top, bottom, left, right), Quad Mirror, Inverse Mirror,
Upside-Down, ASCII (computer text), Halftone (comic book), Pixelate,
RGB (red green blue pixels).
