[osflash] Best OS for Red5 Install?

OK, red5 newbie here... trying to install red5 on my CentOS 5 server and
running into problems (won't insult you by asking for help here... I find I
learn more when beating forehead against screen :-)

BUT

it has lead me to think, what is the best OS for red5, for both ease of
installation and running? Reason I ask is that I'm hoping to start on a
pretty big project next month and red5 could be playing a part for what I
had in mind. What are your opinions?
