[osflash] Flash projectors via command line?

Hi, guys.

I wanted to ask if someone knows a way to create a Windows Flash Projector
(.EXE) via command line.
Is there any tool that can do that?

I'm looking for a solution for this in order to invoke such a command from
within an Ant task.
