[osflash] help establishing my rates?

hello, I hope this is not too off topic...

I've just moved from Amsterdam to Portland, Oregon, and I am trying to 
get a feel of the going freelance rates here for senior Flash/Flex 
development so that I can pitch projects well.

If anyone can mail me off group to help me out, that would be most 
appreciated!

Also, I'm looking for someone to team up with to handle the content 
management/DB aspect of things for some freelance projects of mine; if 
you are savvy in this area and would like to team up with a fellow 
flash/flex'er, let me know!
