[osflash] change position when resizing browser

Your html object has to be set to 100% width and height and then in  
your flash document you have to listen for the stage's Event.RESIZE  
event. When this is called you draw things relative to the  
stage.stageWidth and height. I know this was very simplified but this  
is the concept.
