[osflash] Flash Player 10 support in FlashDevelop

If you want to play with Flash 10 in good company, you can try an
early build of FlashDevelop with FP10 support!

New features:
- FP10 target version in projects,
- code completion for FP10 new classes & methods,
- code completion for Vector types, like:
var vector:Vector.<String>;
vector[0]. // code completion for String!
