hi, anyone knows exactly how to apply to the "fdt free licence for
opensource developers"? is there any specific regulations that the
application must fit in? size? age? members? something? there is
nothing about it in their site...

i applied a project about 5 days ago and until now i didnt get any
answer, positive or negative. so that's why i'm asking... i don't know
if its being analyzed, if this wait will take longer etc, nothing.
