[osflash] RTMFP support

No Red5 doesn't support RTMFP, we first need to get our hands on a  
server that supports it so it can be reverse-engineered.

You should be using the Red5 mailinglist btw: http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/red5_osflash.org
