[osflash] Haxe and MTASC

[Infos E-Blokos]

I want only to inform the OS flash community
to use Haxe and Mtasc, it's a very good sofware that
can be used as compilator, development base language etc...
a big thanks and success to Nicolas Canasse and other contributors.
