Yes thanks, have it working using NetStream, onMetaData, onXMPData

But there is a catch 22...in order to use the onMetaData event you need to import the fl.video package

I order to use the fl.video package you must have a copy of the flvPlayback component in your library or you get a compile time error.

So my 'lightweight' video player goes from 16k to 96k...ouch!

Has anyone found a workaround for this???
