Thank you for your help. I didn't follow your example well, but since you're
being so kind, I thought perhaps you might be willing to download my file
that I'm trying to work:

What I'm trying to do is turn the tween in layer "hand" into an mc that I
can then copy and paste elsewhere. Can you show me how to do that?
