Paul,

In brief,Odoto is a drag and drop WYSIWYG flash creator, cms 
application.  It allows flash content be created,updated and edited with 
minimum effort.  It is server based and will soon be a stand alone Air 
application.  The product that will be release is a cloud application 
that combines cloud semantic abilities into the initial creation and 
maintenance  of web sites. We are ironing out some of the bugs with our 
first client but after that would love to give you a link. If you are in 
the Chicago area, you are more than welcome to come over and take a 
peek. We want it to be in a testing release by November.
