[Papervision3D] Much Improved Camera control and FreeCamera Class

Excellent stuff, Steven. I can see where you want to go.

But regarding cameras, what we've got now is extremely basic. Once we are up
and running, a decent camera using quaternions is top of the list. It would
great for first person view, and we can extend to third person from there.

We might also implement quaternions for object rotation instead of the
cosine law. Got to do some benchmarks there.

It's amazing the stuff you all want to do. This is going to be fun.
