[Papervision3D] Class names

Hi, I've been monitoring the list and getting ready for some hacking of my
own. I would think that we should stay away from something so simple.
Instead, maybe add PV3D to
all the class names. My worry would be that when Adobe gets around to adding
3D support, we wouldn't want to have to redo our class names at that point.
