[Papervision3D] cs3 LIKES (LOVES?) pv3d

CS3 works fine with PV3D

I tried Helloworld before and it didn't work when I just exported it but,
I just resaved the file as the new CS3 format (and maybe checked out the new
bxoes in publish settings) and......

Everything is A-OK

CS3 and pv3d work no problem
