[Papervision3D] Hemisphere added to wiki File Portal

I don't want to be picky, but wouldn't it be better have it being a part 
of a sphere, ant then having a value to slice it? Kind of what MAX does 
with the sphere primitive :) Instead of having, sphere.as, 
halfsphere.as, quartersphere.as, abitlessthanquartersphere.as...
