Mouse3D does something similar. The getCoordAtPoint() method results in a new v3d then it is converted to world coords.

Hey Guys,  quick math question.

I am trying to convert a Vertex3D in an do3d to its global position.  To do
this, I create a matrix and set n14, 24, and 34 to the x,y,z cords of the
v3d.  I then multiply that matrix with the do3d.transform, and then set the
global point to the resulting matrix.  Unfortunately, this doesn't give me
the expected results.  Any ideas on how I can do this, or is there anything
built to handle this already?
