Very cool slopes!
Just a little detail, if you use readability antialias for the
textfields, they won't pixelate or degrade when you switch to low quality.
> Hi list
> As promised, here is the finished version of my first PV3D site (old skool
> Phunky 1.9) - some of you probably remember helping me in the testing phaze.
> I'm personally really happy with it as I didn't know any AS3 or PV before
> this and now feel like I've got a good beginner's grasp of both - it was
> PV3D that forced me into AS3 so this is a real added bonus for me :o)
> In all I've spent about 4 weeks on the site (way more than the client paid
> for!) and about a week of that was on the PV3D. I had a few z-sort issues
> on a few of the triangles (not many) but manged to bodge fixes - I got away
> with murder coz everything fades off to black :o)
> I wanted the site to look pretty generic on the landing page so you get that
> WOW! when it pans back into the PV environment (I'm sure we all remember our
> first PV3D wow moment - I remember seeing Carlos's 2007 calendar! Nuff
> said... http://www.noventaynueve.com/2007/).
> Site also goes to free camera if you stop the video (or if you watch it to
> the end) for added PV3D fun.
> Needless to say, the client loves it and I owe that to you folks.
> This clearly would have been impossible without you guys so I wanna say a
> big thanks to everyone on the list for their help, their questions and their
> answers, all of which I've learned from and of course a special thanks to
> the PV dev team - truly awesome - and not forgetting Zeh for the ever
> impressive Tweener.
> As John would say... \m/
> And now, finally I get to look at 2.0!!
> Merry Xmas all
