Yeah, when in future getChildByName also retreives children's children... ;-)
Within the current svn getChildByName only returns the top-level
children (not recursive).
So had to hack this functionality myself for now..

Double names would idd be possible, but imho names should be unique.

I beleive Ralph is working on this.
