[Papervision3D] How to render the illumination to a texture for Papervision3D widh 3D Studio MAX

LOL You beat me to it man!!

I spent the last 2 days beating the crap out of max to shaded maps and
figure out how to do it correctly (creating a process that works everytime)
- its basically what you just posted ;)

One thing I found is that if you draw a line object and extrude, you need to
convert that to editable mesh before unwrapping the uvw's or the export
won't happen correctly with the collada file. I was going crazy with an
arrow object I created and the mapping looked fine in max, but nothing
showed up in my model previewer.
