[Papervision3D] MovieAssetMaterial

MovieAssetMaterial takes an exported movieclip symbol from the library, it
takes a string id (the linkage id) as argument.

MovieMaterial uses an existing movieclip instance. It takes a reference to
the movieclip as argument.
