[Papervision3D] updated demo files and a post to explain eachdemo

I've updated the blog post with that link for now, and I'm still going to
split out the assets into 2 zips.  I'll let you know when that's done.

John's version is from yesterday, so you'll have to replace the components
with fresh versions if you open any of the FLA's.
