[Papervision3D] Send collada files through amfphp as binary data

i was just wondering what the advantage would be - i'm very interested in
this for paperworld - if there's a distinct advantage here then we should be
considering working this in now. If there isn't that much difference then
it's a coin-toss...

it looks like we're going to be loading lots of relatively small files,
rather than just a few large ones, and we'll very likely be calling new
content during the game so it would be nice to have a quick system in
place... if you can give me some sort of comparison then that would be a
great start!
