Subject: [Papervision3D] parent property within a MovieClip in AS3
Sorry for this question, it's just me being a real beginner in AS3.
I'm struggling to understand how to access a variable from the main class
from within a MovieClip used as a MovieAssetMaterial.
When I'm using the parent property of the MovieClip, it's returning null.
It seems I don't understand where the result object is...
How can I access the stage property when I'm inside?
To give you a simple example: In the Focus example, how should I do if I
want to replace the FocusBody.png texture with a MovieClip containing an
animation which its timeline is controlled by the topSpeed variable of the
main class (let's assume it's a public variable)?
Thanks in advance,
