Hi, I was able to place something in front of the camera (a crosshair), then I said something like
crosshair.x=camera.x
crosshair.y=camera.y
crosshair.z=camera.z
crosshair.rotationX=camera.rotationX
crosshair.rotationY=camera.rotationY
crosshair.rotationY=camera.rotationZ
crosshair.moveforward(10);
......
first you place the object at the cameras position, and copy the angle - then you use "moveforward" to project it 10 units in front of the camera..It's simple and dirty..now
Can anyone tell me how to write to the screen? Such as place a score panel in front of the whole scene?
How can I do this? MovieClip in the Flash library set to the highest level? Can anyone help me with a score panel - or simeple text on screen output? I don't want to use the method I just described, unless I get really desperate!!!!!!!!!
Thanks
-Peter
