[Papervision3D] Texture Not Displaying On Model Properly

I've been stumped on this for two nights in a row now. I'm using Maya
8.0and I'm testing texture mapping on simple primatives to try and get
to show up correctly in Papervision. I setup my UV maps and export my baked
mental ray textures and get everything looking good in Maya, then export
with Collada. When I view the SWF, the texture is getting mapped to the
object ok, but it's all scrambled and not mapped correctly at all. I can't
figure it out; I looked in the dae file and the correct UV source set is
being used by the bind_vertex_input node. Am I missing something obvious?
