[Papervision3D] <semi-offtopic> Good AS3 books? Flash internals?

I know this is somewhat offtopic for this list, but I'm hoping there
are some good insights here (I figure that there are considering the
level of expertise of the developers here).

Are there any books that are highly recommended for learning
AS3/Flash?  We come at this from the standpoint of very experienced
Java/C#/OO developers, but we have limited experience developing in
the Flash environment.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
