[Papervision3D] Is this problem of material?

Did you ask about my depth sorting problem, chad? I couldn't find the email but I'm pretty sure I saw it. To answer, it's no biggie, you can see it even in the papervision example with 2 box crates. Some faces disappear and you can see into the crates, like small holes at the corners. In my case, I just used 2 triangles for one face and that's why the whole face went behind but should've been in front.

I'm more concerned about the lineColor, lineAlpha and lineThickness problem right now.

Having outlined 3D would help me a lot in my projects. But like what I always do, when I can't solve a problem I'd just improvise.

Later chad

I looks like the normals are flipping on some of the triangles. I would try to optimize your model more.

Hi Guyz,

I have been just downloaded papervision created this:

(I am using as3 geometry class exported as3 geometry plugin)

Model is loaded fine but when I try to apply a material it looks
like its not perfectly applying or smoothly applying. You may see crap some places
when model rotates.

I created material wrapped with lighting in 3ds max.

Is this problem of how I created material?
