is it just me, or the clip stucks every once in a while at about 1fps for about 20 secs, and then goes back to normal? for instance, I saw the kitchen video, but at 1fps... after it was finished, fps was fine :S
Firefox 2.0.0.7
FP 9,0,60,120
In IE6 it's ok...
Cheers,

I only saw the video in Michael Scott's monitor. There is an arrow in the kitchen pointing to the door on the microwave but I am unable to see the video when I click that. I only hear an audio track and then sometimes the screen either rotates to the washroom door or rotates into the microwave door. I tried clicking everything else in the kitchen and couldnt find the hidden link. If its as funny as the one in the computer monitor, I wanna see it!

We kept all the interactivity into the big image, even if that meant refreshing a 1600*800 pixels moviematerial on enterframe when there's animation… so there's no additional 3D objects overlayed at any moment.
This is a tool that the client will redesign and re-use to build their panoramas themselves so the workflow couldn't get too complicated.
Did you see the video hidden in the large door in the kitchen ?

Very cool! I like those arrows signs pointing out cool details of the image. How did you do the flashing office drawers? I'm thinking you have 2 images overlayed, but it could have been your choice to overlay the big big image or just add an extra plane the same size as one of the faces, which would have been more tough. Both do the job though!
I didn't know photoshop CS3 can stitch photos. I tried to make a panorama photo the other day but had to do the stitching by hand to make the image fit to a cylinder. Does Photoshop do a good job with it? I kind of don't want to try it out because if it does, I just wasted like 4 hours >.<. Also, the images that map to spheres can be made with software from what I hear, but I have never had a chance to try it. Conventionally, they are made with a fish-eye camera lens I think, but don't take my word on that. Anyways, nice unique panorama, I actually feel like I'm Michael Scott.

Can photoshop stitch and deform the image so that it will fit perfectly on a sphere like this? Look at this image...

If it wasn't all deformed like this at the bottom, it wouldn't fit the sphere perfectly like it does and the effect wouldn't work.

Photoshop CS3 does an AWESOME job stitching photos. You can just snap
away and it will take care of everything now.
