[Papervision3D] Texture in exported Collada from 3ds Max

Hello!
I'm experiencing a problem with my texture when when using papervision3d to
render a collada.
The collada was created using 3ds Max. First, the texture has been
flattened using the Unwrap UVW modifier. Then, the whole object was
converted to a mesh. Finally I exported a collada using ColladaMax plug-in
v3.03.
I'm unsure if this is related: I'm using Map Channel 3 (in Max) for the
texture, b/c it does not appear correctly (in Max) if I use Map Channel 1
(which John used for the xwing collada).
I also tried opening the collada using both Blender and PhotoShop CS3
Extended and neither are able to open it. Blender produces the following
error:
"IndexError: list index out of range"
Any input would be great. Thanks!
