[Papervision3D] Error #1009 when loading external SWF.. HELP!!

Hi,
I know this is a well known problem but i cant seem to find answer
anywhere!!!
I get "TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null
object reference. at GSAtest$iinit()" error when trying to load external
SWF. SWF is papervision, as3 and external .as file linked trough FLA in
flash and if thats important..

Please help! Im getting desperate here!
