the EULA in this case is...? the decompiled swf (swf, not swc) was
released to public on the blog. no other EULAs exist at the moment.
And when they will exist, they will cover what - the software sold, or
every single swf that it could be compiled into? Any way, decompiler
output is not original source, how can you own it? It is like if book
author would automatically get a copyright to any translation of his
book... but, well, maybe it is so in USA, wouldn't surprise me.
