[Papervision3D] GreatWhite...events?1?

Only pv3d 2_0 is greatwhite. There is no 1.5 version, greatwhite was
the code name for 2.0 ;-)
Events like that in 2.0 are called InteractiveScene3DEvents. You
should enable interactivity on both the material and the viewport to
have these events fired.
