[Papervision3D] about ReflectionView

[Chu Yue]

I saw the ReflectionView code,which rewrite singleRender.Then I found
startRendering() don't work for the reflection.I need to call singleRender()
in a enterFrameHandler manually.Maybe the function need to be overrided is
onRenderTick().
