[Papervision3D] How to apply quaternions to a 3DObject

OK, this is kinda frustrating, that I can't get the damn plane to rotate... I
trace the matrix out before and after the quaternion application and this is
what it looks like...
1 0 0 0.2
0 1 0 0.7
0 0 1 0
0 0 0 1
0.525 0 0.85 0.2
0 1 0 0.7
-0.85 0 0.525 0
0 0 0 1
It seems to be that it has the right values, its just not doing so when
rendered.
