[Papervision3D] R: Modifiable registration points for objects?

Why not putting your object as a child of an empy DisplayObject3D?

You 
can move your object inside the DisplayObject3D and use the 
DisplayObject3D registration points as reference... In this way you can 
achieve the same result you were looking for....

Hey all,

    It's been well over a 
year since I've started working with
Papervision3D, but was wondering 
some thing before diving in upon my
current job's completion: can 
objects have their registration points
modified? If so, are child 
objects relative to its parent's registration
points, as well? 
Lightwave and many other programs allow this, and this
can make for 
some very interesting spirographic and loopy motion paths.

    Any 
chance these are happening now?
