[Papervision3D] Effects Branch DAE Animation borked?

I try to keep effects updated with GW as often as possible - sometimes I get
a little behind - but if there are any features that you have to have I can
bring them over.  I will do an update tonight with changes (I know DAE has)
that I know of :)
