[Papervision3D] Your workflow for exporting MD2?

Hi, 

I'm having problems to export correctly animated md2 mesh. I've tried like
everything :)
I'm using 3dMax7 still I could use any other program if only it worked with
md2 for me.

Can anyone post his workflow while creating such file? With specific export
settings if needed.
