[Papervision3D] GreatWhite repository - small updates.

Hi Ralph, much thanks for the speedy update.

And yes, I and my clients are well aware that GW is very much alpha and
subject to change.
But since PV3D 1.5 is a no go since it doesn't have enough required
features, we have no choice but to build against your alpha branch.

I do have a backup of revision 446, so was able to revert back to that.
I would hope that if and when major changes are made to classes that might
break peoples alpha code, there might be some heads-up from the authors, so
that others such as my self who are working hard trying to get PV3D of to a
rocking start can make their changes in an expedient manner. ;)
