[Papervision3D] Imported 3ds model, surface breaks open

Hey,
i just communicated with Tim that i have a z-sorting problem while loading a
.3ds file! Does this also happens while loading a Collada file? I mean the
cow on the tutorial site seems not to have any z-sorting problem on its
surface, is it because its made "out of one piece"?
