[Papervision3D] Q:PV3D basics creating 2 sided plane with 2 different materials

Apologies for this beginners question but can someone show me how to simply create a 2 sided plane, with 2 different materials, bitmap one side, text(MovieClip??) on the reverse (assume the text would be implemented via a library based movieclip asset).
Also front and back would have different listeners.
