[Papervision3D] DAE animation Clip can't be export from MAYA?

install the 3.05B release

then
open maya
window -> settings/preferences -> plugins manager

look for collada.mil check loaded (and autoload if you want)

You should now have an option "COLLADA EXPORTER"

Other than that I don't have a clue, only just installed maya yesterday and
this script today.

a quick animation I've just tried worked (nearly) Jumped from one keyframe
to the next. But getting closer, shall try more random guessing ;)
