[Papervision3D] Example of video in manipulated Plane

Wrote a little stuff that could pertain; it's more manipulated video on
a plain-old-plane, as texture if I recall, but you're welcome to peruse.

This not least because it's based on other people's work.

It's an early thing so it's more hackish than I'd like.  Note as well
that the equations for bitshifted color are pleasant but essentially
incorrect.  View source is enabled in this case.
