[Papervision3D] Optimizing your code makes Pv3D king

LOL, yah, I think I should've put the word game in quotation marks.
I had to hack it together in two days to make the point come accross.
The point being that PaperVision is AS3, and like with all AS3 you need to
optimize code if you want to get the most out of it.

The "game" (ah! quotation marks! :P) isn't 3D in the sense that it's 2D with
a 3D view.
the background is a Plane instance where I update the bitmapdata with cached
bitmaps and change the z-position of the vertices using a precalculated
Array lookup which stores values taken from a greyscale heightmap.

My lecture is this thursday at the HRO school in Rotterdam the Netherlands
for a small group of Pv3D enthousiasts, so it's not a public event. Sorry if
I gave the wrong impression. I will however put together a zip file with the
material I use and add a text file in which I'll explain in short what I've
done. As soon as I have it up on my server I'll post a link here.
