[Papervision3D] Papervision Component 2.1 released

well, its been a long time, but I finally decided just to release this since
it DOES work in CS3.  So those of you with CS4, I apologize, but there's
nothing I can do.  Changes to the CS4 IDE caused a problem with the
component rendering on stage well, that's the whole point of the component
;)
